By accessing or using this website, or by submitting any registration through it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Vraj Heritage provides community membership registration, digital and physical member identification cards, and event registration with QR-coded ticketing for community events. These services are provided to members and guests of the Vraj Heritage FZCO community.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when registering yourself, your family members, or event guests. Vraj Heritage is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or outdated information supplied by you, including issues with event entry, ID card details, or communications.

• Each QR ticket is unique and valid for a single entry only. Do not share your ticket with others.
• Tickets must be presented (digitally or printed) at the venue for entry verification.
• Where an age-based ticketing policy applies (e.g. tickets required for age 5 and above), you must accurately declare the number of tickets required at the time of registration.
• Vraj Heritage reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event, and will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of such changes.
• Entry may be refused if a ticket appears duplicated, tampered with, or fraudulently obtained.

Membership ID cards issued by Vraj Heritage remain the property of Vraj Heritage and are non-transferable. Cards are issued based on the information you provide and may be revoked if that information is later found to be false or misleading.

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including impersonating another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, admin panel, or member data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services.
• Copy, duplicate, or forge event tickets or membership cards.

Such conduct may also constitute an offence under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

All logos, names, designs, and content on this website belong to Vraj Heritage FZCO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is prepared in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Vraj Heritage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our events, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above indicates when these Terms were last revised.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
